SOLAR Defence and Aerospace Ltd, recently conducted a vibrant Shree Ganapati Idol Making Competition at its Defence Plant, bringing together over 325 participants in a joyful celebration of creativity, tradition, and environmental consciousness. Participants showcased their artistic talent by crafting eco-friendly Ganapati idols using clay and sustainable decorative materials. The competition was judged by Sushma Srinivas, wife of Plant Head - Pyro PYN Srinivas, and Mandakini Mishra, wife of Project Head Shyamsunder Mishra, who appreciated the creativity, craftsmanship, and enthusiasm displayed by the participants.

 

The event was also graced by Solar Group’s MD & CEO, Manish Nuwal, who interacted with participants and appreciated their efforts in making the event a grand success. Executive Director Rear Admiral Brijesh Vashisht graced the occasion with his esteemed presence. The event was conceptualised under the guidance of GM HR, Pradip Raut, and was attended by Vice President - Operations, Daljinder Saini, and Group HR Head, Ashish Khole, who appreciated the enthusiastic participation.
