BISHOP Cotton School, Delhi Public School, Kamptee and hosts St John’s High School (State), Mohan Nagar completed the semi-finals line-up for the 33rd Fr Peter Mermier Football Tournament being played at St John’s High School’s ground. SFS was the first team to book the last-four berth. SFS will meet DPS Kamptee in the first semis while St John’s will take on BCS in the second one on Wednesday.

 

In the quarter-finals played on Monday, Bishop Cotton School registered a 2-0 victory over K John Public School. Aman Khan (12th and Danish Sahare (20th) were the goal scorers. In the third quarters, DPS Kamptee edged past St Michael’s School 1-0 with Shashank Singh (21st) scoring the winning goal. St John’s School thrashed St Mary’s School 3-0 in the last match of the day. Hammad Ali (12th), Sahil Samundre (22nd) and Moses Joseph (26th) were the goal getters.
