NAGPUR players delivered outstanding performances to help India clinch gold medal in the International Roll Ball Triangular Series,held in Colombo, Sri Lanka recently. The Indian team played brilliantly throughout the tournament with four talented players from Nagpur making a significant contribution to this remarkable achievement. All players were from Nagpur district andCentrePoint School, Wardhaman Nagar. Tamanna Budhraja and Aaradhya Bothra were selected in the Under-14 girls category, while Priyanshi Pasariand Nishka Bindal represented India in the senior girls category.

 

All four players displayed tremendous confidence, discipline, determination and courage at the international level and played an important role in the Indian team’s victorious campaign. Their commendable performances contributed significantly to India’s success, culminating in the winning of gold. The players expressed their heartfelt gratitude to their parents and their coach Swapnil Samarth, Roshan Choudhary, Principal Kanchan Ukey,vice principal and Nagpur DistrictRoll Ball Association SecretaryShailendra Parashar. They stated that consistent practice,disciplined training, proper guidance and continuous encouragement enabled them to represent the nation at the international level and achieve this prestigious honour.
