CITY’Stop tennis players in different age groups were spotted at end of the DSO LawnTennis Divisional Tournament that concluded at the MSLTA Tennis Academy on Thursday. The competition was held across three categories—Under-14,Under-17, andUnder-19(boys andgirls).Fromeach category, the top fiveplayershavebeenselected toparticipatein theupcoming State-level tournament, in forms Vijay Naidu of theNagpurDistrictHardcourtTennisAssociation (NDHTA). Participants represented schools from Chandrapur,Wardha, Gondia, Bhandara, Nagpur and Gadchiroli. Atharva Bhosale from the DSO office was present on all three days to supervise the event.Vishal Landge and Sandip Nannaware from NDHTA conducted the tournament with their team.

 

The players securing the top five positions in each categoryare listed below: Under-19 Girls: Muskan Nawabuddin, Shravya Rambhajani, Ayana Ahemad, Aradhya Yadav, Tejal Singh. Boys: Bhavya Porwal, Manvendra Trivedi, Alok Mishra, Mohit Charmode,Parth Gaikwad. Under-17 Girls: Devashree Dagwar,SharvariShrirame,Hetal Chutele, Mahi Tawani, Aditi Shingode. Boys: Pranav Gaikwad, Yug Singhvi, Dhruv Mor, Akshat Dakshindas ,Heramba Pohane. Under-14 Girls: Ritika Deshpande, Insiyah Kamal, Lehkhisha PJ, Nivanshi Devkate,Alisha Nilawar.Boys: Nirmay Jambhulkar,Yuvaan Raipure,Anay charan Dubey, Hriyansh Pohane, Devansh Shingne.
