The annual general meeting of Tirupati Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd was held recently at Chatrapati Sabhagruh Chatrapati Nagar, Nagpur. Chairman of the bank Prem Grover presided over the meeting. Ramesh Borkute, Vice Chairman, commenced the proceedings with two minutes silence and prayers in remembrance of Founder of the bank late Datta Meghe. The annual report was read out by Ramesh Borkute. The Bank having 17 branches spread across Vidarbha and Navi Mumbai region achieved a business mix of over Rs 1,500 crore with 30.5% YOY growth in deposits, 34% YOY growth in advances, 23% YOY growth in total assets, 25% YOY growth in interest income as of March 31. Director Mahendra Thakur shared the key performance indicator of the bank and Director Sayaji Jadhao proposed vote of thanks. Kamil Ansari, Annaji Raut, Archana Vaidya, Rupal Meghe, Abdul Shakeel Sattar, CA Pranav Ade, Raju Lohe along with the CEO Sanjaayy Baanerji and other staff members of the Bank attended the meeting.
