A positive meeting concluded between Butibori Manufacturers Association (BMA) and MIDC CEO Deependra Singh Kushwah here, recently. A delegation from the BMA comprising of Patron Pradeep Khandelwal, President Shashikant Kotharkar, Secretary Shashin Agrawal, IPP Dr Kishore Malviya, Vice President’s Hitesh Agrawal, Subodh Deulgaonkar and Ravi Singh were present in meeting. Pradeep Khandelwar handed over a memorandum regarding the issues and problems the industrialists were facing in Butibori Industrial Area. The MIA delegation urged the MIDC CEO to lower the mandatory 40 per cent Building Completion Certificate (BCC) rates to a more realistic level. The association also raised important issues affecting the industries regarding revisions to Ready Reckoner (RR) rates, and residential plot allotments. The BMA delegation also requested the MIDC CEO to resolve flaws in Maitri and Milap portals and residential issue of CIDCO water supply at the earliest.

 

The MIDC CEO Kushwah gave a patient and serious hearing to all the association’s concerns, providing clear and constructive feedback on each matter. On several administrative matters, the CEO issued on-the-spot directives. For more complex issues, he assured that positive decisions would be taken following departmental reviews.
