PM Narendra Modi to address public meet in Akola district on 16th BSP chief Mayawati, UP CM Yogi Adityanath to address meetings in Nagpur city today 
 
The last week of campaign for State Legislative Assembly elections will see star campaigners of various political parties addressing public meetings in Nagpur and other parts of Vidarbha. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister, will address a public rally in Akola district on October 16. Party veteran Goverdhan Sharma and Randhir Sawarkar are BJP candidates from Akola West and Akola East constituencies respectively. Other BJP-Shiv Sena alliance candidates from Akola district include Prakash Bharsakale from Akot, Nitinkumar Tale from Balapur, and Harish Pimpale from Murtijapur.
 
It will be Modi’s second and last poll campaign meeting in Vidarbha region, after the one at Sakoli on Sunday (October 13). Nagpur will see public meetings of Mayawati, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief; Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; Bhupesh Baghel, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh; and Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and MSMEs. Mayawati will address a public meeting at Indora ground, Kamptee Road, at 4 pm on Monday.
 
She will address the meeting in favour of Suresh Sakhare, BSP candidate from Nagpur North constituency, and other candidates of the party from other parts of Vidarbha. Yogi Adityanath will address two poll campaign meetings in favour of BJP candidates, in the city on Monday. He will arrive in the city from Aurangabad at 6.40 pm on Monday. At 7 pm, he will address a poll campaign meeting in favour of Sudhakar Deshmukh, BJP candidate from Nagpur West constituency. This meeting will be held at Nirmal Lawn, Gorewada, Ring Road.
 
At 8 pm, Yogi Adityanath will address another meeting at Tiranga Chowk in favour of Mohan Mate, BJP candidate from Nagpur South constituency. Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, will address public meetings in favour of BJP-Sena candidates in Arni, Pusad, and Digras in Yavatmal district, on Monday. He will address a rally in support of BJP candidate Dr Sandeep Dhurve in Arni at 11 am. In Pusad, he will campaign for BJP candidate Adv Nilay Naik at 1 pm. At 2 pm, he will address rally at Digras for Shiv Sena candidate Sanjay Rathod.
 
Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister, will address public meetings at Katol in Nagpur district at 4.50 pm on Monday in favour of BJP candidate Charansingh Thakur. At 6.10 pm, he will address a meeting at Kalmeshwar. It will be followed by another meeting at 8 pm in Vaishali Nagar, Nagpur, in favour of Dr Milind Mane, BJP candidate from Nagpur North constituency. Earlier in the day, he will address a meeting at Warud in Amravati district. Bhupesh Baghel, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, will arrive at Nagpur airport at 12.10 pm on Monday.
 
After addressing a press conference, he will have lunch. At 4 pm, he will address a public meeting in favour of Congress candidate Dr Nitin Raut in Nagpur North constituency. At 6 pm, he will address a public meeting in Nagpur East in favour of Congress candidate Purushottam Hazare. Baghel will address a public meeting in Nagpur South-West in favour of Congress candidate Dr Ashish Deshmukh. Raj Thackeray, President of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), also will address a rally in Wani in Yavatmal district at 10 am on Monday.
 
He will arrive at Nagpur airport at 7.30 am, and will proceed to Wani. He will address the meeting in favour of MNS candidates Raju Umbarkar (Wani) and Ramesh Rajurkar (Warora). Sanjay Singh, Rajya Sabha member of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will address rallies in Brahmapuri constituency in Chandrapur district on Monday. He will address a rally at 4 pm at Saoli, and at 7 pm at Nawargaon. AAP has fielded activist Adv Paromita Goswami from Brahmapuri constituency.
