The world record will be attempted by Havildar Sangram Keshari Jena at Cobra Ground, 1 Signal Training Centre by covering around 200 kilometres distance in 4.5 hours by reverse riding of motorcycle standing on an 11-feet ladder
‘The Daredevils are set to create a new world record of ‘Longest Distance Riding Backwards’. Daredevils team will claim the world record of longest distance riding backwards on an 11-feet ladder on a motorcycle. The world record will be attempted by Havildar Sangram Keshari Jena at Cobra Ground, 1 Signal Training Centre, from 6:30 am onwards on November 15. Captain Dishant Kataria, Captain of Daredevils team informed this while interacting with the media on Wednesday.
Captain Kataria informed that Daredevils comprise of volunteer dispatch riders who are not only proficient in their trade but also posses self determination, mental alertness, unmatched courage, physical stamina and precision in handling of motorcycles. Precision to a split of a second has spectators missing heartbeats. Mentioning about the record, Captain Dishant Kataria, presently leading the Daredevils, informed that Havildar Sangram Keshari will claim the record of covering around 200 kilometres distance in 4.5 hours by reverse riding of motorcycle standing on an 11-feet ladder. For the first time in the world when a record will be claimed for Guinness Book of World Records, Limca Book of Records, Asia Books of Records and India Book of Records.
Not only Sangram Keshari but every single member of Daredevils team extended contribution to set a world record. The stunt will be performed in special presence of Madhya Pradesh High Court Justice Sujoy Paul and Justice Sanjay Yadav, while Signal Officer in Chief, Lieutenant General, Rajeev Sabharwal will preside over the function and several other rank officers, personnel and general public will present during the programme.
