City’s Rahul Bajaj excels in Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University

Bajaj, who is visually-impaired and a recipient of Rhodes prestigious scholarship, is pursuing MPhil in Oxford University

Rahul Bajaj, a visually-impaired student, has made the city proud by excelling in Oxford University’s Faculty of Law. He got a distinction in Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from Oxford University. Son of renowned paediatrician Dr Sunil Bajaj, Rahul, had topped Standard X and XII examinations from Maharashtra Board. Later he topped BA LLB from Nagpur University securing 20 awards (including 13 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 3 prizes).

He was then awarded the Rhodes Scholarship in 2017, one of the world’s most prestigious scholarships, to pursue post graduation in Oxford University. The Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University personally congratulated him for his great achievement. Rahul is now pursuing MPhil in Oxford University awarded by Rhodes prestigious Scholarship.
