Nagpur IMA receives prestigious awards at its State Conference

Indian Medical Association’s (IMA’s) 59th State level conference MASTACON-2019 held at Pune where IMA Nagpur was bestowed with various prestigious awards for the year 2018-19. The awards include IMA Best President Award - Large Branch to Dr Ashish Disawal; IMA MS President’s Appreciation Award – MAHA AMSCON-2018 – IMA Nagpur Branch; IMA MS President’s Appreciation Award – Maximum Membership of IMA AMS 2018 - IMA Nagpur Branch.
IMA MS President’s Appreciation and special recognition awards were given to Dr Manjusha Giri, Dr Prakash Deo, Dr Dinesh Agrawal, Dr Shirish Modi, Dr Prashant Bhutada and Dr Shiv Joshi. The Awards were conferred on by Dr Ravi Wankhedkar IPP IMA HQ; Dr Anil Pachnekar, Vice-President IMA HQ; Dr Hozie Kapadia, outgoing President, IMA MS; Dr Avinash Bhondwe, Incoming President, IMA MS and Dr Y.S. Deshpande IPP IMA MS. In the same function Dr Vandana Kate was installed as Vice-President IMA Maharashtra State; Dr Sanjay Deshpande was installed as Finance Director, IMA MS PPS; Dr Kush Jhunjhunwala was installed as Co-Chairman, IMA MS PPS; Dr Ashish Disawal was elected as Representative from Nagpur region on Managing Committee IMA MS SSS. President, Dr Kush Jhunjhunwala and Honourary Secretary Dr Manjusha Giri congratulated and thanked all the members, Past Presidents, Secretaries for their contribution and support for taking IMA Nagpur’s pride to newer heights and appreciated contribution of office bearers and team members of 2018-19. The event was blessed by Dr Ashok Adhao, Dr Milind Naik, Dr Krishna Parate, Dr Anand Kate, Dr Prashant Nikhade, Dr Ajay Kate, Dr Anil Laddhad, Dr Archana Kothari, Dr Rafat Khan and Dr Sachin Gathe.
