Devotees of His Holiness Ramakrishnanda Saraswati Swamigal have organised religious programmes to pay tributes to Him on Kartik Shuddha Ekadashi. Various rituals like Lalitha Parmeshwari Raja Rajeshwari Devi Pooja, Dasha Maha Vidya Pooja, etc., will be organised.

His Holiness Ramakrishnanda Saraswati Swamigal was an Atharva Veda Shankaracharya of Sri Vidya Peetam Rishikesh. He was an erudite scholar of Sri Vidya Upasana and also well versed in all four Vedas. He was known for his number of scientific research activities which had proved how the synergy of science and spirituality could help the entire mankind to solve number of problems. Swamiji was well connected with number of scientists in India and abroad. He was closely associated with former President and missile Man Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, ISRO Chairman, G Madhavan Nair, Dr Radhakrishnan and many others. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about Swamiji as “H H Swamiji’s life was torch light for young generation and his Holiness was also an inspiration for their innovative and educative activities. I appreciate the noble cause for constructing Swamiji’s Anusthanam (Temple) as a remembrance of H H Swamiji Sri Shri Ramakrishnananda Saraswathi Swamigal.”

Devotees of His Holiness Ramakrishnanda Saraswati Swamigal remember the Atirudra Maha Yadnya held during February 15 to February 29, 1979 at Ram Nagar ground in city. Karthikeyan Iyer says, “Ramakrishnanda Saraswati Swamigal had a mastery over Atharva Veda. The Atharva Veda, the fourth Veda has valuable information regarding Science and Technology, Astronomy, Herbal cures, Controlling of Natural Calamities and Control of Negative Vibrations. Apart from other Vedas, Atharva Veda is not available in texts or books. Because of its valuable contents, it is kept in secret or Kshukshma form. Swamiji had done extensive research on Vedas and had identified that so much of contemporary scientific knowledge and literature even more is already found in Vedas particularly in Atharva Veda. He had particularly been pointing out the scientific base of the various Yagna and Homas and explaining how they are repugnant to but tally in tune with reason and science.”

Veda Ravishankar, a disciple of Swamiji stated, “Swamiji had aim to serve and bless the nation in all forms. In this direction, His Holiness has formed Swamigal Trust for Vedic Science (STVS) with the objective to carry out scientific studies on our Indian ancient Vedic Methodologies like Mantras, Yantras, Tantras and Yagnas. The trust has carried out research on process of Yagnas and its applications for purity of mind and for purity of Environment; Research on Mantra Technology and its relevance to creation of a righteous society; Research studies on Five Eternal Elements (Fire, Air, Water, Earth and Space). The trust is also conducting training and education on “Stress Management through Vedic Methodology” to students, research scholars, defense personnels and others.
