The train for Mysore-Bengaluru and South India will depart from Rewa station on January 15 and will come to Jabalpur via Satna, Katni route and will return to Rewa via Jabalpur on January 27
 
 
“Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced to run Bharat Darshan Special Tourist trains for major religious and tourist places of South India. The special train will provide a complete tour package at an attractive fair of Rs 12,285 and Rs 8,505 per person. Special trains will run and give an opportunity to citizens to visit noted religious and historic tourism spots. All the facilities and its fairs like train, meals, transportation, boarding and tourist guide will be included in the package,” informed Amardeep Singh, Consultant, IRCTC, while addressing a press conference, on Tuesday. IRCTC Regional Manager Bahadur Singh informed that the train for Mysore-Bengaluru and South India will depart from Rewa station on January 15, 2020, on the occasion of New Year, will come to Jabalpur via Satna, Katni route and after completing 13 days of rafer, will return to Rewa via Jabalpur on January 27.
 
During this time, this train will travel 6,255 kilometres and will visit Mysore, Bengaluru, Kanyakumari, Trivandrum, Madurai, Rameswaram and Tirupati to visit major cities and temples of South India. The train will enter South India from Satna, Maihar, Katni, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Piparia, Itarsi via Nagpur. In this journey of 13 days, all passengers will be given a tour of historical and religious and tourist places in all the cities including fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner in the morning. Along with this, arrangements will also be made by IRCTC to stop passengers at proper accommodation during the journey. IRCTC, Assistant Manager, M Benjamin informed that there will be branding of Bhedaghat in South India.
 
The train running in this journey will have a coach of AC three and 12 of sleeper class, in which all necessary and useful material from first-aid and guide for the journey will be available. Second special tourism train Gangasagar- Puri Yatra will depart from Indore on January 31, 2020, and will return on February 8 via Indore-Dewas-Ujjain-Bairagarh (Sant Hirdaram Nagar)-Sagar-Katni-Satna stations will visit Varanasi, Jasidih, Gangasagar, Kali Mandir Jagannathpuri and Konark temple with the package of only Rs 8,505 per person (sleeper class). During the press conference, West Central Railway, Chief Public Relation/Vigilance Officer, Sadiq Khan was also present.
