The conducive atmosphere made for the investment in Madhya has started yielding results. A world-class 27-hole golf course-cum-resort and hotel will be constructed at a cost of Rs 220 crore in Ninod village near the world famous tourist place Sanchi. Chief Minister Kamal Nath handed over the letter of award to the Chief Executive Officer of Wesley Group Dorian Mulanse at Mantralaya on Tuesday. The Secretary Tourism Faiz Ahmed Qidwai was present on the occasion.
 
A delegation of Wesley Group met Chief Minister Kamal Nath on Tuesday. The Chief Minister said that the State Government along with making its policies liberal to generate new opportunities for the investment in the State, will promote employment oriented investment. He informed that the Tourism Policy (2016) has been amended and in the year 2019, the provision of Ultra Mega Project has been added to attract private investment in tourism sector of the State.
 
As a result of this amendment, the proposal for the construction of world class golf course, hotel resort, convention centre and helipad in 70.718 hectare land of Ninod village was given by the Wesley Group to the government. Chief Minister Kamal Nath handed over the letter of award after granting approval to the proposal of the Wesley Group. This project will facilitate direct employment to 310 people. According to the provision of the tourism policy, appointments on 247 posts will be given to the people of Madhya Pradesh domicile. The Partner CEO of Wesley Group Mumbai Alok Tiwari, Taqaddus Khan and Joint Director of Tourism and Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board Suresh Jharia were present on the occasion.
