Members will open Sukanya bank accounts of girls by depositing Rs 1,000 in every bank account
“After serving the country by producing defence materials, members of Vision Ordnance are committed to service of the society. Continuing the series of welfare works, the organisation is going to celebrate its fifth Foundation Day by opening bank accounts of 101 girls of poor families under the head of Sukanya Samruddhi Yojana. Members will open Sukanya bank accounts of girls by depositing Rs 1,000 in every bank account.
A member will adopt a girl to pursue her family members to deposit money in their Sukanya bank account for their bright future,” informed Rajendra Singh, President of Vision Ordnance while addressing a press conference, on Monday. Rajendra Singh informed that, the employees, who dedicated their lives while working in different Ordnance Factories, are still committed even after their retirement for service of the society under the banner of Vision Ordnance.
The organisation is already working to create public awareness for following traffic rules and road safety norms. Recently, the organisation started voters’ awareness campaign. The Foundation Day will be celebrated by handing over bank account pass books to 101 girls and persons who worked for social welfare in different sectors will be honoured with the title of ‘Jabalpur Ke Gaurav’ at Veterinary College auditorium, on March 30. Vision Ordnance, Secretary, C S Rajput, M N Singh, S B Shrivas, Rajesh Malik, Krishnamurty, B S Arora, Tekchand Adhikari, D K Dev, Narayan Raikwar, Puran Bahadur, D S Bharti, Cyril Charles and Kayatan Fernandes extended appeal towards residents to be present during the programme in large numbers.
