Cong gives list of farmers benefitted from loan waiver to Narottam

The war of words is continuing among BJP and Congress over the loan waiver scheme. BJP is accusing Congress government of misguiding farmers in the name of loan waiver scheme and asserting that not even a single farmer’s loan has been waived off. On Wednesday, Media Co-ordinator to CM, Narendra Saluja reached the house of BJP leader and ex-Minister Dr Narottam Mishra and handed over the list containing names of farmers whose loans have been waived off.
Narendra Saluja told that the State Government waived off loan of 22.84 lakh farmers so far and target is to waive off loan of 55 lakh farmers. Narendra Saluja told that Dr Narottam Mishra had claimed that not even a single farmer’s loan has been waived off. Earlier, Leader of Opposition Gopal Bhargava had told that he will leave politics even if a single farmer’s loan is waived off. Afterwards Congress had sent official list containing names of farmers to Gopal Bhargava and asked him to follow his words to leave the politics.
“It is from that date that Gopal Bhargava has stopped speaking on loan waiver,” he told. The Congress delegation which went to Dr Narottam Mishra’s house to hand over farmers list included Bhupendra Gupta, Ravi Saxena, Ajay Shah and Durgesh Sharma.
