One and only Passenger Reservation Enquiry counter at Passenger Reservation Service (PRS) building goes out of order due to technical snag since three days.
Passengers were disappointed by non availability of service. As per information received from officials sources the fibre optic cable installed at PRS building developed some technical problem due to which the computer system installed at Enquiry counter was not connected to the main server. The enquiry clerk on duty regretted for unavailability of the service. Official sources informed that as an alternative arrangement booking clerk of counter number ten gives information on availability status of different trains.
