Divyang voters of Neemuch district exercised their franchise with zeal. 69-year-old visually-impaired Ramkanya Rathore of Jawasa village, Rameshwar Dhangar, a physically handicapped of Borkhedi Paneri and 85-year-old Mandikini with the help of wheelchair casted their votes.
