It is a noble profession and requires advanced facility for rendering effective services. With this facility in future, the legal service enterprises will be strengthened and their efficiency will be increased thereby decrease the pendency of cases in courts. It will be very effective mechanism for litigants and legal service enterprises which will be one of its kind in India. The important factor for establishing such facility is availability of land at appropriate location which can be provided by State Government. A special purpose vehicle is required to be formed under section 8 of Companies Act consisting of more than 10 legal service enterprises who will run this facility. It will be unique facility available in future for lawyers of Nagpur as well as for the various court establishments in Nagpur if created.
