Speaker N P Prajapati emphasises on upgradation of legislative traditions
Assembly Speaker Narmada Prasad Prajapati greeted the officials, employees and police team on concluding of Monsoon Session of Vidhan Sabha in a programme organised at Mansarovar auditorium on Friday.
Assembly Speaker Prajapati addressing the gathering said that the session concluded in a systematic and peaceful manner because of the efforts of all. Assembly Deputy Speaker Hina Kanware, Legislative Affairs Minister Govind Singh and Principal Secretary A P Singh also addressed the gathering. Hina Kanware and Govind Singh in their address also appreciated the works and skill of officials and employees of Secretariat.
Principal Secretary A P Singh said that in this session the members discussed more than 76 hours in the House in the session in which the works of different Government and non-government were executed. Several committees were constituted in the session and Speaker also made some important arrangements. Patron of Vidhan Sabha Secretariat Officers/Employees Association Ramnarayan Acharya welcomed the arrangements made by Speaker from chair about the promotion of officials and employees.
Acharya said that the new arrangements will be beneficial for the employees. Officials and employees of Vidhan Sabha Secretariat were also welcomed. Additional Secretary Virendra Kumar proposed a vote of thanks. District Collector Tarun Pithore, DIG Irshad Wali and SP Sampat Upadhyay and Vidhan Sabha officials and employees and police personnel were also present.
