The success of the Allen Career Institute revolves around imparting ethical values ‘Sanskar Se Safalta, said Naveen Maheshwari, Director Allen Career Institute.’ “Each Allen centre is working on the lines of Kota and imparts the same quality education,” he said. Maheshwari was speaking at the median Orientation-cum-Open session of the Institute organised in city on Tuesday. Also present were C R Choudhary, Senior Vice-President, Pankaj Agrawal, Vice-President, Ashutosh Hasariya, Nagpur Centre Head. Maheshwari said, “Due to penetration of education, now there are opportunities for all. Competition has increased in every field. Best students will always withstand in competition.”
 
The primary objective of the programme was to make students and parents familiar with the competitive environment. “Change their mind-set for hard work to achieve the goal,” he noted. C R Choudhary said, students should always keep positive attitude while preparing for a competitive examination. He shed light on the some of the qualities which are required to achieve success in examination. They include aptitude and attitude, subject knowledge, strong academic base, analytical skill and competitive exposure. “Face exams like celebration and keep trust on expert professionals,” he advised.
 
Explaining the art of parenting with the help of video, Choudhary said, “Don’t compare, don’t judge, don’t pressurise, give time to children, encourage them and be involved with them.” Pankaj Agrawal and Ashutosh Hasariya explained the students about Allen Career Institute’s values, system, academic calendar etc. Despite rains more then 2,500 parents and students turned out for the programme. Allen faculties and top officials were also present in large numbers.

‘Nagpur students will find place in top IITs, Medical colleges’ “Educational atmosphere in Nagpur is good,” said Naveen Maheshwari, Director of Allen Career Institute while talking to The Hitavada at the sidelines of the session. “Allen Career Institute has only one centre in Kota till 25 years. We have now presence in 27 cities in the country. We never think of failure once we enter the city.” he said. “The bonding between parents and children is good. Students of the city are away from bad habits. Nagpur students are confident and will find their place in top 100 of reputed IITs and Medical colleges,” he said.
