Robert F Kennedy said, “Few will have the greatness to become History itself, but each of us can work to change a small portion of events. In the total of all these acts will be written the History of the Generation”. The greatest good we can do for others is not to share our riches, but to reveal their riches. Always try to reveal the self esteem of others. Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility on him and to let him know that you trust him. A community is like a ship. Everyone ought to be prepared to take the helm. It is always advantageous to manage a self directed team! A man should live with his superiors as he does with fire not too near for he might burn himself, not too far that you may lose the warmth. Value has been defined as the ability to command the price.
The secret of success is to make your vocation your vacation. Manners are like Zero in Arithmetic Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Know the true value of Time, and enjoy every moment of it. Don’t serve Time, but make it serve you. There is no future in a job. The future is in the man who holds the job. Success is a matter of luck; you can ask any failure! If you can dream it, you can do it! Make a commitment and you can move mountains. With ordinary mind and extra ordinary perseverance, all things are possible. If you try, you can turn your problems into opportunities. The road to success often travels through adversity. It is a rough road that leads to the heights of greatness. Adversity brings out our hidden potential.
After surviving a difficult ordeal, or overcoming an obstacle, you emerge emotionally stronger. Life has tested you, and you were equal to the task. When the next problem appears, you are better equipped and become stronger. Life has tested you and you were equal to the task. Choose words that will plant you in the erection of your goals. Reflect often on your present blessings, and the future can be more meaningful. Always try to associate with Positive People. You become part of what is around, and will be a participant of a great event. Think Big and you will become big and powerful. There is no other way to become powerful than your thoughts which can be elevated to any level. Fortune favours the Bold. All your thoughts ultimately tend to materialise in real life.
You see obstacles along the way, but when you keep going, you will ultimately reach the target you wanted. All of us have to chisel and shape our personality. Nothing happens by chance; everything is designed to occur. It is good to live in want; it makes you think; it makes you struggle; it makes you plan things; it makes you perform miracles. Don’t forget the passion to do things because it comes occasionally. Put your full energy to complete the task. Confront your fears and grow to full stature. Nothing in life is to be feared; it has to be only understood. When you face something outside your comfort zone, you become nervous, but that is the occasion to be bold, because success is around the corner. You never grow by how much you put in.
A way to close the gap is to promote core values. Every man has to do one thing well, not only well in itself, but well in relation to the way other men do it. Some people choose to live by complaining; other people merely choose to live. Those who choose to succeed do better than those who don’t choose at all. When nothing works, go and see a stone cutter hammering away at the rock perhaps a hundred times, but at some stage, the rock breaks, and then he makes it into pieces which become useful in building a road for people to travel.
Remember, that you are not the same person ten years hence. Education creates a Human Being into a person who can perform things which otherwise he won’t be doing. Education imparts intellectual culture which helps in securing wealth. Wealth helps in performing Dharma, and that leads ultimately to Happiness. If you get what you want in the struggle for self, and the world makes you king for a day, then go to the mirror and look at yourself, and see what that man in the mirror has to say. If God is with you, who can be against you. There will be none around!
