Seminar on ‘Photography and Filmmaking’ held

Staff Reporter: On the occasion of World Photography Day, a seminar was held by Rajesh Bijronia, Professional and International Digital Photographer, Film maker on “Photography and Filmmaking”, in association with Saroja and Subramanian Films Private Limited, Mumbai, on Monday from 10 am to 2 pm in Bhopal. The seminar was free for all including amateurs, students and unemployed persons, interested candidates.
 
It was attended by over 30 participants, which included retired officials and housewives too. The seminar was addressed by Rajesh Bijronia who has a wide experience in organising and conducting workshops for various Camera handling techniques and operations with known companies. He has worked as the authorized professional photojournalist for MADHYAM (GoMP-Directorate of Public Relations) Bhopal. He has also worked with many Indian Film Industry Celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan, etc. The seminar was covered with the topics including history of photography, Analog V/s Digital, Camera types, Camera part and functions, camera settings, Types of Photography, Composition and Color-correction, Types of Shots, Career in photography, Photography accessories, Outdoor-indoor photography and How to take better photograph.
 
The participants were curious to know about various sub-topics and so they raised various queries at the end of the seminar like which still camera is the best to buy? What is white-balance? How we use DSLR? What should be the outdoor daylight camera setting? What is Rule of Third? and How Photography can be a good career to choose? At the end, Rajesh also announced free photography certificate course for first 500 registrations.
