IN A heart-wrenching incident, a month-old boy was brutally killed by his relative during a domestic quarrel at Bakhari village in Parseoni tehsil on Monday. According to police, Ganesh’s wife Pratibha had left her matrimonial house last month due to frequent quarrels with him. Ganesh was forcing her to return home. As she was alone, Ganesh asked her to clean his handkerchief at around 1.30 pm. When Rupali moved to washing room to clean the handkerchief, Ganesh took out a knife and stabbed the child. He immediately fled the spot keeping the knife with himself. Rupali ran towards drawing room after hearing screams of the boy and was shocked after seeing stabs on his stomach. Neighbourers rushed in and took the boy to hospital where he succumbed to the injuries.

Borkar fled to Kuhi after committing the crime. He was arrested by the police on Monday and a case was registered under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.
