Jaitley’s health deteriorates: AIIMS sources

 

FORMER Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s health deteriorated on Friday, AIIMS sources said.

 

The former minister, who was admitted to the AIIMS on August 9 after he complained of breathlessness and restlessness, underwent dialysis on Thursday.

 

BJP national Vice President Uma Bharti visited the AIIMS to enquire about his health.

 

Earlier, President Ram Nath Kovind, V-P Venkaiah Naidu, PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, BJP veteran L K Advani, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Congress leaders Singhvi and Scindia also visited him.
