Missing class IX girl student traced in Ashta

Left home to take part in audition of TV serial A 13-year-old girl who had gone missing on Wednesday afternoon in Kolar area has been traced by police in Ashta tehsil of Sehore district on Thursday. She had ran away from her home for taking part in an audition in Indore for a TV serial. SHO of Kolar Anil Bajpai said the girl Disha Yadav, a resident of Danish Kunj area, who is student of class 9 in Sanskar Valley School, wanted to take part in an audition of a serial that was organised in Indore.

She told police that she had seen an advertisement that Star Plus is organising an audition in Indore, he said. Vajpayee said the girl’s family was unaware about it and they filed a police complaint with us. Her photographs were circulated on social media including WhatsApp to seek help for her safe return. He said the girl told that she was refused stay in any hotel in Indore and then she was returning when a team of police found her in Ashta.
