When most are enjoying summer vacation, the compnay’s sales team is out in the field to see that the ice cream is always available for the customers. They are the real heroes.
At the end of summers, these heroes - achievers celebrated their successful summer season. One team went to Goa with their partners, and other team celebrated it at Pattaya. These were part of an incentive programme attached to the sales team achieving their targets. Speaking on this sales trip, Director of Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods Zervin Rana said, “One of our core values is bringing joy and happiness to our customers as well as our employees.
Our sales heroes enjoyed their Goa trip and Pattaya trip to the fullest. In sync with this thought we introduced a Wakao Moment campaign for the sales force too. This trip at Goa and Pattaya is the outcome of a successful Wakao Moment campaign'.
