JHANKAR Mahila Mandal has donated Rs 1 lakh towards Chief Minister’s Flood Relief Fund. The noble gesture by Jhankar Mahila Mandal was towards the flood effected parts of Maharashtra. The initiative was taken up by Anita Mishra, President of Jhankar Mahila Mandal and supported by other women members of the social organisations of Western Coalfields Ltd (WCL).

 

The cheque of Rs 1 lakh was handed over by Sangeeta Das, Secretary of Jhankar Mahila Mandal, Simmi Singh and Sandha Singh to Asha Pathan, Special Officer on Duty of the Chief Minister. Pathan expressed her gratitude for the noble gesture. Jhankar Mahila Mandal is always on forefront working for the betterment of the society with their generous deeds.
