Chitnavispura Bank posts net profit of Rs 1.27 crore

THE Chitnavispura Sahakari Bank conducted its 87th annual general meeting on Sunday here at Santaji Sanskrutik Sabhagruha, Somwari Quarter. Ishwar Choudhary, Chairman of the bank presided over the meeting. In his address Choudhary said that the bank has earned a net profit of Rs 1.27 crore during the financial year 2018-19. The bank is having Audit ‘A’ certificate. Further, he said that it is the duty of every member to minimise NPA. Manoj Khandagale, Chief Executive Officer made the opening remark. He informed that the bank is having 6 branches while the share capital is Rs 7.27 crore.

The bank has deposits to the tune of Rs 140.58 crore and has disbursed Rs 96 crore as advances. The annual transaction of the bank was Rs 3087.97 crore. The bank has net NPA of 2.67 per cent. Dividend of 10 per cent was also declared to the share holders during the meeting. Appointment of Chartered Accountant was also approved at the meeting.

Dr Ulhas Duragkar, Vice-Chairman proposed the vote of thanks.
