Vijay Yadav killed under conspiracy of rivals with help of police, alleges brother

“Vijay Yadav was killed under a conspiracy of his rivals with the help of police and its brutal murder was framed as police encounter. Rivals implicated Vijay in sensitive crime cases for his religious conversion. The complaint of his fake encounter has been forwarded to the President of India, Prime Minister, Home Minister, Chief Justice, central investigation agencies and other competent authorities for making justice with the deceased and taking stern action against persons involved in his killing”, charged by Satish Yadav, brother of late Vijay Yadav while addressing a press conference, on Monday. Satish Yadav informed that his brother Vijay Yadav along with father late Shyamraj Yadav, resident of Azad Chowk, Gorakhpur earned their livelihood by operating a food kiosk One of their friends introduced to Vijay with some anti-social elements. After some time, his family members learnt that Vijay converted his religion in influence of miscreants and named himself as Abdul and started performing Namaz and rituals of Roza.
 
Thereafter, his brother Ratan counseled to Vijay and suggested him to return home but he did not turned back. Soon after, Ratan introduced to Vijay with a senior leader of Hindu community when Vijay returned in Hindu religion and started working as Gau Sevak. Anti-social elements learnt that Vijay left Islam when they threatened him and Ratan for its adverse consequences. Thereafter, miscreants took help of Gorakhpur police and compelled him in sensitive crime cases of Sangam Book Depot, murder of Bittu Minocha, fire on Kailash Kumhar but Vijay was released from jail. Conspirators planned to kill Vijay and a criminal Kukku Punjabi was released from jail for the purpose.
 
On January 4, 2017, unidentified persons killed Kukku Punjabi and Raju Mishra but Vijay was again linked in this case. Along with Vijay, Ratan was also booked in a fake case of drug peddling when he was returning with family from Shirdi in a train. Satish added that he met Vijay and suggested him for meeting with the police to settle all the things otherwise he may also be compelled in fake case. Soon after, Vijay talked to police and got assurance for settling his matter with his rival. Vijay called him at Kereli railway station, on September 17. He left in a car and reached at Dulha Dev Mandir in Narsinghpur and reached at Kareli station where he met Vijay and Sameer.
 
Vijay and Sameer informed that they held talk with the boss (policeman) for meeting in Rakai village where they met with the miscreants all disputes settled and they took dinner together. Vijay send him home and said for solving Kukku Punjabi case. He returned home and next day morning, he received the news of encounter. Satish charged that Vijay was killed just for leaving Islam and demanded a high level probe into the case. During the press conference, late Vijay’s wife Diksha Yadav, Ratan’s wife Poorti Yadav also extended appeal for high level probe into fake encounter and punishing the culprit officers and persons.
