New team of Sawarkar Smarak Samiti installed

A new team of the Sawarkar Smarak Samiti, including Chandrakant Lakhey, President; CA Milind Kanade and Shirish Damle, both executive presidents; Dr Ajay Kulkarni, Secretary, took charge the charge for next three years term. Chandrakant Lakhey is a well-known publisher and young generation represented by CA Milind Kanade who has experience of working in a political party and industry has been inducted. Dr Ajay Kulkarni continues to hold the charge of Secretary.

Sawarkar Smarak Samiti is involved in propagating nationalist thoughts of Sawarkar for the last 37 years and has also erected a statue at Shankar Nagar, Nagpur. Other office-bearers include Dr Chandrahas Dixit as Treasurer, Vinayak Joshi and Shyam Deshpande as vice presidents, Anil Deo, Bapu Kamble and Dinesh Khurge as joint secretaries. Executive committee members are Mukund Pachkhede, Rajendra Naikwade, Prashant Shekdar, Ajay Acharya, Shubha Sathe, Padmashree Tambekar, Upendra Bagul, Vinod Dongarwar, Nishant Tipte, Satish Bharat, Sharad Shikari, Prakash Abhyankar, Nikhil Damle, Baburao Nimbalkar and Suryabhan Agrawal. Noted author Vijay Jog, Pramod Sowni, Rambhau Kubde and Mahadev Bajirao were present as founder members of Sawarkar Smarak Samiti, informs a press release issued here.
