This facility has been started to facilitate people to pay taxes on time and also to accelerate tax collection process by Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC). Before COVID-19 lockdown, Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) was conducting a special drive for tax recovery by organising recovery camps in all the wards of the city.

Bhopal Municipal Commissioner KVS Chaudhary has directed officials to redress complaints of citizens as early as possible. A review meeting regarding this was held last week over total collection in which Divisional Commissioner Kavindra Kiyawat and Bhopal Municipal Corporation Commissioner KVS Chaudhary were present in the meeting.
