Placing customers on the top of the priority list, Director of Rokde Jewellers Rajesh Rokde on Thursday said that it was only because of the long list of the ‘happy customers’ the jewellers could achieve new heights. In an exclusive interview with The Hitavada, he said that the customers are the real brand ambassadors of Rokde Jewellers who share a strong bond of thrust with the jewellers.
“Right from the beginning, we have been working hard to make our customers satisfied and happy which is a very crucial element in the jewellery business. Our sincere efforts in this regard for the past many decades are showing encouraging results and Rokde Jewellers has now become one of the top brands in the region,” he said. To express its solidarity towards its loyal customers, Rokde Jewellers is running an aggressive drive called ‘Happy Customers Campaign’ which has become a big hit to such an extent that the jeweller has decided to make it an annual event. “Instead of going for celebrities or professional models, we have been giving opportunities to our customers to appear in the brand advertisements.
People all around are liking this unique approach and thus we want to continue it,” he said. Another Director of the company Sarang Rokde said that the transparent dealings, pure quality of gold, right quantity of the precious metals used and innovative jewellery designs have given Rokde Jewellers an edge over its competitors. Sarang Rokde further said that Rokde Jewellers is the first choice of a large number of customers when it comes to buy wedding jewellery.
“Besides, wide range of items like mangalsutras, bangles, ear rings, necklaces and other ornaments, we also have made special arrangements for the buyers to try the jewellery,” he said. “Today, we have presence in four different locations in the city and together we are operating in more than 20,000 square feet area. It is the biggest in the region,” he said. The state-of-the-art multi-storey showroom of Rokde Jewellers at Laxmi Nagar spread over 12,000 square feet area is the biggest jewellery shop in Central India, he claimed. Rokde Jewellers has maintained this glorious tradition of jewellery making for almost 100 years and is enjoying number one position in the field.
