Nagpurians will be in for a cinematic treat. The fourth edition of Orange City International Film Festival (OCIFF) will be held from February 6 to 9 at INOX, Jaswant Tuli Mall. Orange City Cultural Foundation, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) will be presenting the fourth OCIFF, in association with Saptak, Pune Film Foundation, Vidarbha Sahitya Sangh, and Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). The festival will be inaugurated at the hands of Dr Nitin Raut, Guardian Minister of Nagpur district, at 5 pm on February 6 at VANAMATI Auditorium, Dharampeth.
 
Dr Sanjeev Kumar, Divisional Commissioner, and Ravindra Thakre, District Collector will be the guests of honour. Noted actors Nandu Madhav and Mukta Barve will be the guests. OCIFF Award for Outstanding Contribution to Indian Cinema will be conferred upon renowned film-maker Madhur Bhandarkar, said Sandeep Joshi, Mayor, while addressing a press conference at NMC.
 
Orange City Cultural Foundation Award will be presented to eminent animation guru Ashish Kulkarni. Inaugural function will be followed by opening film ‘Istorializy’ (Ukraine), directed by Alexander Zhovna. In all, 27 movies and 38 short-films will be screened at the 4th OCIFF, said Dr Chandrashekhar Meshram of OCCF. Vilas Manekar of Saptak, Dr Uday Gupte also were present.
