iCareKid Parenting & Early Childhood Development Programme was recently launched in Nagpur. It is a social enterprise of Meghe Group and the outcome of a funded research conducted by Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha in collaboration with Grand Challenges Canada and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, marketed by INNOVINC Services, Nagpur.
An awareness programme for the same was conducted on March 11 at Chitnivas Center, Civil Lines. The unveiling of the programme as well as the inauguration was done in the presence of Devika Meghe, Chief Advisor Meghe Group of Schools, Nagpur, Dr Penny Holding from Grand Challenges Canada, Dr Shane Hossett from the UK, Dr Minal Shah from Kenya, Dr Zahir Quasi and Dr Abhay from DMIMS, Wardha, Ajinkya Ambarkhane – Director Development Initiatives & Training, M.G.S., and Mr. Nitin Gujrathi. iCareKid is 18-month long parenting programme for parents with children between the ages of 0-3 years.
Interested parents can enroll for the program, which is starting from the first week of April 2020. Registration for the programme can be done online as well as offline at iCareKid center.
