All sides have already started reaching out to young voters who have changed the composition of HCBA in last few years. From last two elections, the group loyalties that were very strong in the past seemed to have withered away and new formations based on personal equations breaching the old barriers had emerged. The five-member panel consisting of Prakash Meghe, Bhanudas Kulkarni, Arun Patil, Sangram Sirpurkar, and Firdos Mirza is supervising the electoral process.
