Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed preparations for Rabi procurement at Mantralaya on Thursday. Keeping in view the coronavirus pandemic, discussions on the proposed procurement programme took place in the review meeting. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that taking into consideration the necessary measures for the safety of farmers’ health and their interest, a decision will be taken soon to decide the dates of the procurement.

Deliberations in context to the arrangement of transportation and storage related to wheat procurement took place in the meeting. The Chief Secretary, Iqbal Singh Bains and concerned officials were present in the meeting.
