In an unprecedented scenario due to coronavirus lockdown, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has been carrying out exemplary work by facilitating emergency telephone, internet broadband and FTTH lines to the Nagpur district administration.
 
In this endeavour, the BSNL outdoor maintenance team has with lightning response provisioned the emergency telephone and Internet lines for the helpline centre at the NMC Control Room, Collector Office Control Room and the MLA Hostel Quarantine Centre etc.
