Indian Yoga, a series of exercising for spiritual and physical health is being scheduled in protocol and could be an effective preventive system from infection of COVID-19 virus. The Ayush Department Government of India has recommended various alternate therapies and also recommended blend of Yoga and Ayurvedic remedies to keep the immunity up to fill mind and soul with positive energy. In prevailing circumstances practice of Yoga asans, home is the safest place and not a Yoga Centre or Health club. Conventionally people join Yoga Kendra or health remedial sessions after facing any health problems.
The Yoga Sciences that not only improves health of healthy man but also helps in recovering health of ill people. Dr Devendra Jatav informed that the Department of Ayush, Government of India with Indian Council of Medical Research working to devise a protocol having proper schedule.
Across the country the work is being carried out to devise a perfect blend of Yoga, Naturopathy and other preventive systems that helps in maintaining normal health of people in ongoing lockdown. He apprised that he is working on devising a protocol of various Yogic, Meditation and Breathing Exercises that could help people in enhancing their body health, immunity and positive thoughts in mind.
