A tout was arrested by a joint team of Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Central Railway and South East Central Railway and seized three live train tickets collectively worth Rs 27,000/- from his possession. The accused was identified as Jaesh Chhatwar (50), a resident of Lakdganj. A RPF official said that the accused had booked train tickets from IRCTC portal by using illegal software.
He was arrested from his house in Lakdganj area. Three tickets of AC 1st were recovered from his possession. The RPF official informed that the accused would be interrogated to ascertain how many tickets were booked illegally by him. The action was made under the guidance of Divisional Security Commandant (DSC) Central Railway Ashotosh Pandey.
