SBI launches three Gold Point Branches for availing gold loan

STATE Bank of India (SBI) has opened three dedicated Gold Point Branches exclusively to cater the gold loan business offering lower rate of interest. SBI has designated Ramdaspeth, PBB Wardhaman Nagar and Surendra Nagar branches especially to process gold loan business with dedicated staff and separate desk. On the occasion, V Chandra Sekhar, DGM, SBI, Zonal Office inaugurated the three branches on June 10. He was accompanied by Fanish Gupta, RM, SBI, Zonal Office and Asha Agusti, RM, SBI, Zonal Office.
Dileep Miglani, Branch Manager, Ramdaspeth was also present. Customers have to bring gold ornaments, Aadhar card, PAN card and two photos to avail gold loan in hassle free manner at the three Gold Point Branches. SBI has installed the latest software to sanction gold loan within 15 minutes. On 24 karat gold the bank is offering interest rate of Rs 11.30 per lakh per day for demand loan.
The repayment tenure upto 36 months. SBI branches are properly sanitised everday as per the guidelines of WHO with strict social distancing norms.
