e-service centre and Legal Service Centre opened at the gate number five of MPHC 
 
Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court (MPHC) Ajay Kumar Mittal inaugurated the e-service centre and Legal Aid Centre, on Monday. On this occasion Justice Sanjay Yadav, Administrative Judge and Executive Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Service Authority, Justice Sujoy Paul, Justice Atul Shridharan, Justice Vijay Shukla and Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association, President, Raman Patel, Registrar General of the MPHC, R K Vani, Member Secretary of MPSLSA, Giribala Singh, Registrar and MPSLSA Officers were present. e-service centre and Legal Service Centre opened at the gate number five of MPHC.in this centre present status of case, next date of hearing, e-filing of petition through software, e-stamp paper, e-payment, e-court fees online payments, e-appointment fixing with jail inmates, email whatts app and other mediums the judicial orders soft copy and such facilities would be provided through this centre.
 
The centre would also help people in availing benefits of free consultation and legal aid through different programmes run by the District Legal Service Authority, High Court Legal Service Committee and Supreme Court Legal Service Committee. National Legal Service Authority, New Delhi, State Legal Service Authority related facilities would also be provided through these centres. Motive of opening these centres is to provide easy legal aid to litigants, applicants under the section 12 of the National Legal Service Authority from District Court, High court or from the Supreme Court by providing free legal aid.
