Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank has always stood for social causes, may it be contribution to CM Relief Fund in wake of natural calamities or contribution for fighting against the novel Covid virus. Continuing its spirit and motto of prosperity through co-operation, Abhyudaya Bank has distributed 1,000 raincoats for second consecutive year to the front line corona warriors ‘Maharashtra Police’ this time to its Traffic Division. These police personnel are relentlessly and unconditionally serving the community in tough time. An appreciation certificate was handed over to Premnath Salian, Managing Director - Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank by Vinay Kargaonkar, Addl. Director General of Police (Traffic), at his office.
 
On the occasion, making a mention about the untiring efforts of police personnel Salian said, “It is a challenging time for the entire nation. With the beginning of heavy rains it has become more challenging to the police personnel to provide protection. Even in such difficult times Maharashtra police has been carrying out their duty excellently.
 
I salute to the spirit of Maharashtra police.” Vinay Kargaonkar appreciated the contribution made by the Bank. In wake of Covid-19 pandemic, Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank has recently launched a special loan scheme for it’s customers to keep their business running. Also Abhyudaya Educare scheme is available for parents to meet the educational expenses of their children, which provides loans up-to Rs 1 lakh repayable in 2 years with a moratorium period of 3 to 6 months.
