Railways has completed non-interlocking work of Mandideep yard a day before the deadline on Tuesday. The design of Mandideep yard has been converted as third line that would help to start additional platform for facility of passengers. Besides, over bridge has been started for the passengers at Mandideep. Maalgodam line has been connected from both side that helped to reduce the time on track removal placement.
Earlier, Railways was facing problem in taking the trains in up loop line. Now after completing the non-interlocking, train will go to the concur siding directly from down main line to up loop line. Besides, train will also move to the down main line directly from the up loop line. Interlocking panel connected the work with signalling process and convenient. An additional loop line was also prepared that help to park additional train on the platform.
