Samiksha Rajkapoor Parate, a student of JP English School, who topped city in SSC Class 10 examination, on Wednesday, with 99.4 per cent marks, believes that regular study and hard work helped her excel in the examination. Samiksha achieved her goal without any coaching class.

“I preferred self-study because it saved my time and I used the time to do revisions,” said Samiksha. Samiksha scored 497 marks (best of five subjects). She scored cent per cent marks in Sanskrit, Mathematics and Social Science and 99 marks in Science and Technology, 98 in Marathi and 96 in English.

Samiksha shared the credit of her success with parents and teachers who always encouraged her to do the best. She said, “My teachers guided me always and I never felt to go to any coaching class.” Samiksha became a role model for those who want to score good marks without coaching classes. Her achievement will definitely help her, but it will also encourage others.
