Six mediation, one ADR Centre inaugurated by MPHC CJ Mittal

Madhya Pradesh High Court Chief Justice and Patron In-Chief of the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Service Authority, Justice A K Mittal, accompanied by MPSLSA Executive Chairman and Judge of the MPHC, Justice Sanjay Yadav and in presence of other judges, performed e-inauguration of the six mediation centres along with one ADR Centre, on Tuesday.
 
On this occasion Judge of the Supreme Court of India, Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice A M Khanwilkar and Justice Hemant Gupta extended their greetings on e-opening of one ADR Centre in Singrauli along with mediation centres under the Tehsil Legal Service Committees of Alirajpur, Guna, Hoshangabad and Sehore districts. In Madhya Pradesh, till now, 43 ADR and 39 Tehsil Mediation Centres have been functioning. This would ensure settlement of cases through establishing mutual agreement between litigants in amicable atmosphere. Through mediation till now 131904 cases have been solved.
 
At Tehsil level the opening of the Mediation Centre would help in making the reach of service possible to remote areas of the State and the disputes could be settled through mediation process by establishing agreement between the litigants in amicable atmosphere.
