SSB team busts on-line sex racket; two Delhi girls rescued

SOCIAL Security Branch (SSB) of Nagpur Police busted an online prostitution racket and rescued two Delhi resident girls. Three pimps were arrested by the police in this connection. Arrested accused have been identified as Saurabh Pramod Sukhdeve (19), a resident of Angan Apartment, Hingna Road, Nagpur; Aftab alias Aryan Sheikh Nizam (20) and Rafique alias Raj Sahebrao Pathan (19), both residents of Ahmednagar.
A police official said that Ramzan Pathan alias Rehan Dada Pathan is a notorious pimp who runs on-line sex rackets across the State. He was arranging young women from Delhi, Kashmir, Rajasthan, Orissa, Gujarat, Chennai, Kerala and Himachal Pradesh for sex rackets. The police are searching for him. In Nagpur, Rehan was running an on-line escort service called Skokka.
The two girls from Delhi were staying at Nagpur in a posh hotel. Acting on a tip-off, the SSB team contacted the pimp after getting their contact number from a website and fixed the deal at Rs 10,000.The accused had also sent pictures of the girls on the WhtatsApp to decoy customer of the police. When the accused came near Manish T-point with the girls and accepted the cash, the police team immedietely arrested them and rescued the girls. An offence under provision of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA) was registered by the police at Beltarodi police station. The arrest was made by PI Trupti Sonawane, PSI Atul Ingole, WPSI Smita Sonawane and others.
