The reason behind murder is stated as property dispute 
 
MURDER case of Shobhnath and his son Pramod has been cracked with the arrest of four persons including their relative. The incident occurred at Kumharta village on November 20 under Darima police station limits and the accused have been identified as Dallu alias Deendayal, his brothers Dalbeer and Balbeer besides relative Amrica. The accused have been charged under sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and sent on judicial remand. The reason behind murder is stated as property dispute. As per information, one Jai Shreeram reported to police that blood stained bodies of his uncle Shobhnath and his son Pramod have been spotted at Kumharta village. The matter was reported to higher authorities and a team of police personnel along with a sniffer dog squad and FSL team reached the spot. While enquiring nearby people, it was learnt that Dallu and his brothers Dalbeer and Balbeer were in dispute with Shobhnath and Pramod over land.
 
Besides, Amrica who was a relative of Shobhnath and Pramod too was having a dispute with them over the same land. Based on information, cops rounded-up all of them and interrogated them. The accused confessed to the crime and were charged under relevant sections. As per police, the accused attacked Shobhnath and Pramod with a wooden stick and later axed them to death. According to information, Darima SHO Asha Tirkey, ASI Rakesh Yadav, Head Constable Surjeet Kaur and Constable Shivmangal were involved in action.
