Jabalpur has been given opportunity to host 54th Senior National Men and Women Kho-kho Championship from December 26 to 30. The championship would be organized under the auspices of Madhya Pradesh Amateur Kho-kho Association. Convenors of the 54th Senior National Men and Women Kho-kho Championship, Ajay Vishnoi accompanied by Sharaj Jain, Tarun Bhanot, Sudhir Datt, Dr. Saurabh Baderia, Ravi Pillai, District Sports Officer, Ashish Pandey and others conducted inspection of venue of the national championship at MLB Ground.

 

Indian Kho-kho Federation, Joint Secretary, Sanjay Yadav informed that total 64 teams include State teams, Indian Railway, Border Security Force, Airport Authority of India will participate in the tournament. Separate management committees have been constituted for monitoring accommodation, transportation of guest players and officials and venue management under the supervision of State Association, Patron, Yogendra Dubey, Vinod Poddar, Chandrashekhar Swamy and Girishkant Mishra.
