Members held discussion on convocation ceremony of JNAU at Board of Mgmt meet

 

 

 

 

Vice-chancellor, Jawaharlal Nehru Agriculture University (JNAU) Dr Pradeep Kumar Bisen chaired the 230th meeting of the University’s Board of Management on Wednesday. The officials in the meeting held significant discussions on the convocation ceremony to be organised in March 2022. Simultaneously, they discussed about payment of arrears of 7th pay commission among employees, various administrative, academic, research-oriented and financial issues. The meeting was co-ordinated by Secretary, Board of Management, Registrar, Revasingh Sisodiya. As per newly established tradition of JNAU, the meeting was initiated with playing of 'Vishwavidayalay-Kulgeet' on the silver screen.

 

This was followed by a brief report presented by Vice-chancellor, JNAU, Dr. Bisen highlighting the University's achievements in different fields. Other members of Board of Management who attended the meeting include Kedarnath Shukla, Sidhi MLA, Sanjay Yadav, MLA Bargi, Abhay Mahajan from Chitrakoot Satna, Shobha Paithankar from Indore, Om Thakur from Seoni, Dr. DB Bhagat from Indore, Dr. Nitin Gupta from Akola Maharashtra, Dr. GG Varley and Brajesh Dutt Arjariya both from Jabalpur, Rajeev Choudhary from Bhopal and Accounts Controller, VN Bajpai.
