For second consecutive day, former Madhya Pradesh Congress President and ex-Union Minister Arun Yadav vented his resentment on induction of Godse supporter Babulal Chaurasia into Congress. Chaurasia joined Congress by shunning Hindu Mahasabha recently.

Arun Yadav also received support of former Member of Parliament Meenakshi Natrajan, Digvijay Singh’s brother Laxman Singh and some other Congress leaders on Friday.

They took to their social media accounts to support his stand.

On being contacted by ‘The Hitavada’, ex-MP Arun Yadav said “We will not digest Godse philosophy in Congress.”
When asked that whether he personally spoke to ex-CM and State Congress President Kamal Nath over the issue as it was in presence of Kamal Nath that Babulal Chaurasia joined Congress, he said that he had not contacted Kamal Nath in this regard and whatever he is saying, it is his personal stand.

In the meantime, Arun Yadav also issued a press statement by telling that his voice is dedicated for Congress and Gandhi ideology.

He also questioned the silence of many big leaders in the party over induction of Babulal Chaurasia into party. He said that if this situation remains then in future, Bhopal Member of Parliament Pragya Singh Thakur, who had dubbed Godse as patriot and in reply, PM had said that he could not forgive her in his life, seeks entry into party then whether Congress will accept her?

He said that while remaining as CM, Kamal Nath had ordered to register FIR against Babulal Chaurasia and his supporters for building Godse temple in Gwalior and worshipping him. Former minister Subash Kumar Sojatia also supported the stand of Arun Yadav.
